What to include
- Account access: the email you signed up with. We don't send reset emails, so we recover accounts by hand.
- Billing or refunds: the date and amount of the payment.
- A failed or wrong generation: the model, the time, and the prompt.
- Trademark or rights concerns: what the content is, where it appears, and your contact details.
