Who we are

Carbon Studio (gemini4carbon.net) is operated by BluePeak Labs LLC ("we", "us"). It is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC, Google DeepMind or Alphabet Inc. "Gemini" and "Gemini 4 Carbon" are trademarks of Google LLC and are used on this site only to describe and discuss that model. You can reach us at support@gemini4carbon.net.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan.

Description of service

Carbon Studio is an online tool that generates images, videos and music from text prompts and optional reference images, using third-party AI models named in the model picker. Gemini 4 Carbon is not publicly available and is not connected to the service; no generation on Carbon Studio runs on Gemini 4 Carbon. We may add, change, suspend or remove models or features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts

You sign up with an email address and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. We do not send verification or password-reset emails; if you lose access, email support@gemini4carbon.net from your account's address and we will help you recover it. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized use.

Credits and generated files

• Each generation costs credits, shown before you start. The cost depends on the model and settings such as resolution and length.
• If a generation fails or times out, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
• Subscription credits are granted each billing period and expire at the end of that period. Credit-pack credits are valid for 365 days. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Generated files are hosted by our generation provider for at least 24 hours (some video and audio files up to 72 hours) and are then deleted. We do not keep copies. Download any file you want to keep; expired files cannot be recovered.
• Reference images you upload are kept by the provider for up to 72 hours. Only upload images you have the right to use.
• Anyone who has the direct link to a file can open it until it expires.

Payment and billing

• Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. For some purchases Stripe may act as the reseller and merchant of record, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; your plan and credits stay available until the end of the paid period and you won't be charged again.
• A new account may receive a one-time discount on its first payment, as shown on the pricing page. Renewals are charged at the regular price.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• break any law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, including generating likenesses of real people without consent;
• create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence;
• create deceptive content intended to mislead people about real events or impersonate real people or organizations;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, resell access, or interfere with the service.

Prompts and images may be screened by automated safety filters. We may refuse, remove or block content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts and reference images and, to the extent the law allows, in the outputs you generate. Paid plans may use outputs commercially, subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying model provider. We claim no ownership of your content and use it only to run the service for you. AI outputs may resemble existing works; you are responsible for how you use them.

Intellectual property

The service, its design and its original content are owned by BluePeak Labs LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party names, model names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected, and model availability depends on third parties. Information we publish about Gemini 4 Carbon or other models is based on public sources and may be incomplete or out of date; the developers' official announcements take precedence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@gemini4carbon.net from your account's email address.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
