What Carbon Studio collects (your email, prompts and files, payments), who processes it, how long files are kept and how to delete your data.

Introduction
Carbon Studio (gemini4carbon.net) is operated by BluePeak Labs LLC, an independent company not affiliated with Google. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address, name and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
- What you create. Prompts, lyrics, settings (model, aspect ratio, resolution, length), reference images you upload and the files you generate.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your billing email, the plan, amounts and payment status. Your card number never reaches our servers.
- Credits and activity. Your credit balance and history, and a record of each generation (time, model, cost, result).
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, used for security, abuse prevention and keeping the service working.
- Cookies. A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in and cookies that remember preferences such as theme. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, generate your files and track your credits.
- To process payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
- To answer support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms.
- To improve reliability and fix problems.
We don't use your prompts or files to train AI models, and we don't sell them.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare — hosting, database and security.
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, invoices, tax and refunds.
- Our AI generation provider and the model developers it routes to — receive your prompt and reference images only to produce your result, and host the result for a limited time.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.
How long we keep it
- Generated files: hosted by the generation provider for at least 24 hours (some video and audio up to 72 hours), then deleted. We keep only the link and metadata.
- Uploaded reference images: up to 72 hours at the provider.
- Account, credit and generation records: while your account exists.
- Payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing support@gemini4carbon.net from your account's address. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, which we honor.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We rely on their standard safeguards for these transfers.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
